Great combination of professional and approachable staff, wonderful amenities, and a central location steps away from a small and lovely businesses. One step into the hotel and you recognize the quality of staff and pride in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. They were knowledgeable about the surroundings and were prompt with my family’s needs. The hotel also offered live music which nicely complemented the bar and its plentiful options. Our room was extremely spacious that felt cavernous yet comfortable with its plush, soft king-sized bed, large TV, and a huge shower with a rainfall shower head. Needless to say, my family was well rested for the next day’s activities! And then there’s Corning. Although my family’s stay was for the Corning Museum of Glass, which was stellar in itself, the town is still filled with delightful people and shops/boutiques all of which are steps outside of the hotel’s doors.

The property was very clean, and the room very comfortable. The restaurant was awesome, thank you for the mimosas with my breakfast. They went above and out-of-the-way so I could have a morning mimosa. Staff were amazing. One exception was the night staff, when I could not find a parking space approximately 8:30 PM on my return to the hotel. I asked the two night shift desk staff where should I park. They told me I could park out back in the city lot, but I’d have to move my car by 9 PM. I said what if there was no parking spaces left at the hotel after 9 p. m. , the gentleman behind the desk evaded eye contact and indicated I would have to come back to the hotels parking lot and wait for somebody to leave and take their spot. The response to the lack of parking spaces was, “the hotel is full”.

Loved the 'downtown' location and easy access to main street shops, glass museum, galleries, restaurants, bars, etc., Very pretty setting and friendly staff. Had 2 breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel while there. Our breakfast servers, Tony and Damien, were courteous and helpful even offering tourism 'tips'. Last morning there, a bus tour was leaving, yet they managed to keep all diners on time and well taken care of. Our dinner server, Kayla, as well was very efficient and friendly. Beds were comfortable; appreciated tub/shower option; heating/cooling system in room was easy to operate and worked well. Easy connectivity to Wifi and working safe in room appreciated as well. Would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

AMAZING staff, gorgeous facilities, so kind, lovely clean, quiet room in a stunning facility. They are housed in the original offices of the Corning Company in an early brutalist structure, which they have managed to make warm and inviting. It’s right next to the Main Street of all of the restaurants, bars and shops. They were so kind and accommodating when I was pinned down by tornados in a different state I was driving from. LOVE this place - it will always be first on my list!

The room was spacious. Everything was in order, well organized, nothing was missing. I liked fluffy soft towels. The location is absolutely great: at the start of the Market street which is filled with shops and restaurants. The hotel also has a restaurant on premises. Parking was free and we had no problem finding space. An easy walk to the river. The Corning Museum of Glass is within 4 min drive (in fact, within 20-25 min walk).
